Tucked away in Courtenay House, next to the Antique Centre, you will find the cosy tea room, known as Pink’s Place, with its homely atmosphere, full of chintz and period charm with vintage china tableware and antique lace tablecloths.
A tempting variety of delectable homemade cakes, light lunches and local Devon cream teas is on offer.
Eggs on toast is also available at breakfast time.
Pink’s Place uses only the best ingredients from local traders from the surrounding areas, especially from the local Farmers Market – which is held in the town every other Saturday morning.
You are most welcome to sit outside on the patio and enjoy a Devon Clotted Cream Tea – the cream being supplied by a local Dairy and the scones all home baked.
The Tea Room is open to the public from 9am – 2.30pm on Fridays and Saturdays only.
Afternoon teas available for B&B guests – please book in advance.
On the last Monday of each month Tina hosts a ‘Monday Lunch Club‘ – a favourite with older local residents – which anyone is welcome to join.
Come and join us in the cosy atmosphere and be spoilt!
